IDX / MLS websites

IDX websites for real estate agents, on your own domain.

Keep buyers searching on your site instead of sending them to Zillow. I build real estate agent websites with IDX/MLS integration — live listings, map search, saved searches, and lead capture — so the traffic you earn turns into registered leads you own.

/ What is IDX?

IDX in plain English

IDX (Internet Data Exchange) is what lets approved real estate sites display live MLS listings. In short: it puts the whole market's listings on your website, updated automatically — so visitors search, browse, and register with you.

Why it matters

Buyers start on listing portals, but they convert with an agent they trust. An IDX website lets you intercept that search on your own domain, capture the lead, and build the relationship — instead of paying a portal to rent you back your own prospects.

  • Live MLS listings synced to your site automatically
  • Map & filter search buyers expect from a modern site
  • Saved searches & alerts that bring people back
  • Registration gates that turn browsers into leads
  • Your branding on every listing, not a portal's

/ FAQ

Common IDX questions

Do I need my own MLS membership?

Usually yes — IDX access is granted through your MLS or a third-party IDX provider tied to your membership. I'll handle the technical setup and work with whichever provider fits your market.

What's the difference between IDX and MLS?

The MLS is the database of listings agents share. IDX is the rules and feed that let you display those MLS listings on a public website like yours. You need IDX to legally show live MLS data on your site.

How much does an IDX website cost?

My build is a flat $1,000 plus $60/month for hosting, maintenance, and support. Your IDX/MLS provider may charge a separate small monthly feed fee depending on your market — we'll scope that on our call.
